How to describe the weather today? The hills had disappeared and the views shrouded in drizzle, which later turned into rain - steady, solid rain and buckets of it.

This is a stretch of road that nearly always has a puddle, I was surprised to see that it had not yet developed into a flood, as is often the case after heavy rain.
