Fringe Flower

These are blooming like crazy all over Wilmington. A beautiful summer day today at 82F. We were able to get out for a couple of walks. Saw some neighbors we haven’t seen in a while.

Had my OsteoStrong session today and it seems to be progressing with the weight I’m pushing. Hope it works to build bone as it’s supposed to.
