Ceviche

Grouper ceviche on a bed of radicchio, and plantain chips. Wine: the rest of last night's Grenache.

The ceviche recipe comes from Richard Olney's excellent cookbook Lulu's Provençal Table. It was fantastic! The plantains were store bought.
