Wine

We are really interested in wine.... not just drinking it (although essential!), but the grapes, the process, the history, labels......

A couple of days ago we discovered a 'cave à vins'.... tiny place FULL of bottles, all labelled like these. We went back tonight and enjoyed a couple of glasses and a 'planchette'. Great atmosphere, chatted to the owner.... even bought a bottle to take home (but not at these prices!).
We had a lovely mountain hike today and just missed a downpour then late lunch and coffee/cake (delayed bday cake).
Blip: Some restaurant signs that I liked, planchette and wine, couple of bottles we found interesting - one a Hungarian wine and the red -Eiswein-harvest in December/frozen grapes!
