Still Green

I had a nice scone and cuppa with a friend in town this morning, then I stopped for a photo on the way home.  The Poplar trees are still quite green.  I lit the fire this morning, as it has been quite cold,   The warmth of the fire takes the chill off the air.  The temperature got up to +16C this afternoon.  I got a nice lot of walking done, so am pleased with my exercise today.

The council are building a new bridge, because the old bridge exits into a car park.  The new bridge will exit on to a grass area.  I will put up a photo of the finished project.
