Rusty Faces

Now that spring is right around the corner, many of the antique stores and galleries are opening again.  These rusty faces were hanging outside of a little gallery near me.  I don't know what it is, but I do like rusty things.  The colors and textures are very appealing.  These faces are made of old iron machinery pieces.  I really like the contrasting expressions.  My father's brother was a sculptor in metal later in his life.  It takes some real skill to weld/attach such heavy pieces.  A nice, mild day today so I may do a bit of local exploring.
