Mountain Treasures

Our annual Kendal Alpine Garden Society Show took place today.

The usual impressive display of plants from the high mountain ranges of the world. Lovely to see and bringing back memories of holidays in the Alps, the Pyrenees, the Picos and the Dolomites.

Also several specialist nursery growers each with hundreds of fascinating alpine plants for sale. Of course we bought a few and they may feature as Blips in the next few days.

An annual chance to use up some extras to give just a glimpse of the wonders of the Show.
