Species Tulip

the blipped tulip is a favourite and I've been looking out for it for some time.  Today it started to open up while I worked away in the garden.  Cut the grass and it looks good; it won't look good soon as I scarify to get rid of the moss which has accumulated over a wet winter.  I checked with last year's blips and, while I thought I was behind this year, the blips confirmed I am not.  Good to be on track.
