Flash Mob at Kings Cross

This morning I met a whole cluster of friends to witness a 'secret flash mob' on the concourse of Kings cross Station.

For those unfamiliar, a flash mob is when a group of seemingly random commuters suddenly break into song.

The song was 'I wanna dance with somebody', sung in close harmony by (it turned out) between 200 and 300 people. It was extraordinarily moving and I was right in the middle of it. All pictures here.

I have to admit to having a tear in my eye.

Afterwards I scooted off to meet friends Paul and Janet in Bayswater. It was soooo nice to see them after all this time. Busy day!
