With pleasure

This Saturday wasn't made for outdoor activities - it rained all day, in the evening it turned to snow. We visited Tampere Art Museum. There are two interesting exhibitions: 
Tuula Lehtinen: With Pleasure
Charles Sandison: Rhizome

In the picture is a detail of Tuula Lehtinen.s painting called Juliette. 
The exhibition presents her paintings, prints, mosaic works, ceramic sculptures and installations. Lehtinen’s art deals with eternal questions of philosophy and history concerning beauty and its deep significance for humankind.

Downstairs there is Charles Sandison's light installation that fills the whole large room. His art has been described as poetry of light. It's a great experience to be inside of the installation.


Then we drove to Hervanta to help Emma: we drove Emma and her friend Anna, and their luggages & snowboards to the university. Girls participate to university's skiing club's trip to Åre ski resort, Sweden! Two buses will drive them there.
