Your diagnosis??

So what do you think this X Ray tells us??


Here is the story.
My very good and older friend was walking into a Kelly O'Briens restaurant to get his free meal for his birthday...
He trips on the first and only step..and lands in the entranceway. This only step is 91/2 inches high. The customary height for most steps is 7 1/4 inches. He is a tall man...6'4" (1.93M)..lands on his hand, chin and ribs. He is in pain and an ambulance is summoned. He is in emergency for 4 hours while he is assessed and then released into the capable hands of his wife.


He is given pain killers...and...his finger is put into place as it was dislocated.
