Self care attempt

Been a very long time since I had a massage. Definitely needed it this week.

Went to see my GP today after the scary hospital trip on Tuesday. She thinks anxiety (the diagnosis from the A&E doctor) is only a small part of a multitude of things going on in my body at the moment. Time to consider my health and wellbeing above everyone else at the moment… I have rather been neglecting myself of late.
