Pixies...

I'm quite obsessed with pixie cup lichen. I see lots of the brown flowering one & the non-flowering one, but not so much of the res flowering one. So today, I specifically went in search of the red variety of pixie cup lichen. A friend told me where they had seen it - but I didn't fancy the hike across a bog to get to it. I looked at so many walls & eventually found some. It was just coming into flower & so might feature in a future blip.
