Every feather preened

The pair of swans were both busy preening their feathers when I spotted them this morning but this one that was nearer the water was doing the more thorough job.

A good service at church this morning and some great chat at the end over coffee and a brownie ..... health, politics, the Royal Family and how much education has changed since we were at school ...... varied and interesting topics!
