Mizzly Start at Surprise View

Today’s group of Rangers were way more ‘on it’ and enthusiastic than the boys I had yesterday.l with James. They really were a joy to teach.

Steve assisted me today - the first time we have instructed a group together outside of Herts. They were so much easier to engage that Steve jokingly asked if he could leave Scouting and defect to Girlguiding. rofl.

The mizzle cleared by lunchtime and the day became warm and sunny.
