Enjoying the Flower

We had some sunshine this morning. By lunchtime the cold Southerly blow in and we had a few big drops of rain. The temperature dropped to around 12c. Then the skies cleared and we got some more sunshine. It didn't warm up much. 

I think this is Hoverfly...it was enjoying this Cosmos flower this morning. I planted some daffodils John had dug up and just left them on top of ground. This afternoon I made some more Pickle and Tomato soup. 

If all is well I hope to get over to Akaroa tomorrow for a few days.
