Wound up in Wexford

Poor Alfie

He is such a good natured dog.  He's lived through two previous toddlers clambering over him, and just as he must have thought "wheww, at last they're old enough to know better" along comes a third.

And as if that isn't enough, even Marmite sits on him - see extra.  Casper and Marmite came to stay for a few hours whilst his mum and dad went for some adult time with a friend who was visiting.  Casper was a little upset when first left, but settled when offered food.

R and G took all three boys (in fact, they ended up with 4, as one of Milo's friends came along too) out for a couple of hours - we are having some lovely sunny weather, though with a very cold wind.

We took the dogs for a short walk, meeting up with the rest in the park briefly.

After cooking tea, R and G then went off to the cinema, and we were responsible for all 5 for a short time, before Z and S returned to collect Casper and Marmite.

Milo and Robin were very good, going off to bed when asked.  And though they refused to let me read any stories as I'm not good enough at it, they settled very quickly.
