New Alpines series, No. 2

This one is Sebaea thomasii.
It is comes from the Drakensberg mountains in Southern Africa. Alpine enthusiasts will see that it comes from Gentianaceae. Indeed it has been described as a yellow Gentiana verna.
The label says it is a challenge to grow as it prefers cool conditions in Summer. We shall see.
