Spent most of the day walking and sweating and eating and drinking and meeting with friends.

My face feels sun-burnt from the sun, my legs ache from all the kilometers done but it was one of those days that felt like perfection.

If we forget two incidents with a friend's unlucky three year old, that is. The first resulted in a bump in the head. The second resulted in a bleeding mouth and slightly broken teeth. But she's alright now and got a lot of ice-cream to eat out of that, so didn't spoil the overall mood.
