Guinness bread.

I meant to make this yesterday ( as a wee nod to St Patrick’s Day) but I ran out of time.

It was super easy- a bit sweeter than I was expecting, but went well with some aged cheddar and of course, butter.

This week’s soup: Thai lentil with butternut squash and coriander. https://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/thai-red-chicken-lentil-soup I was slightly dubious about this recipe to begin with, but we really enjoyed it. Luckily I was able to use up some leftover chicken that was in the freezer.
