Manchester

We caught the train early this morning and visited Matt in Manchester. Before meeting up with him, we had a walk around and went to the John Ryland's library on Deansgate which is a beautiful building. 
Afterwards, we walked to Annie's for lunch and then went to Matt's apartment before catching the tram and then the train home. Matt has been promoted this week so that was a lovely surprise for us. He's really into his music and plans to start live performances soon with his band, Glacmanis - check out their recent releases. It was a lovely day and we were very fortunate that our trains were running on time.
