Monday: Red Ambience

I slept quite badly last night and also felt a bit off today, as if I’d eaten something that didn’t agree with me.  I didn’t have anything external to attend so just had a relatively gentle catch up day, having been out of the office a fair bit last week.

This evening we had a dip in the pool with the boys when I got home and then took them to Coco Gardens.

On another note, I have reached the pinnacle of my career.  I have been asked to be the patron of the new Belize Solid Waste Association.  I am the patron of poop!
