Even the fence posts have more hair than me these days….sigh!

Enjoyed a nice 5km walk with H this morning in a sunny then rainy then sunny then rainy dog walk.

Busy day at work planned. Managed to the gym last night for first time in ages. Gave me motivation to go back. That and the fact I donate over £40 a month for the privilege.

Got badminton tonight. At least that’s included in the membership.
