Despite not really feeling it this morning Owen still got to the start line of parkrun this morning. He decided he wasn't going to do the warm up and that we'd walk or maybe jog around rather than run. That initial walk seemed to serve as his warm up and bit by bit we ran more and more, finishing in as good a time as usual and, most importantly, in plenty of time for a biscuit, baked specially as it was the 250th Shrewsbury junior parkrun today.

Morning exertions done, we had a trip to Ironbridge (Museum of the Gorge and The Toy Shop) and to Enginuity (disappointment that the sand table was being repaired) before home to play with Patrick (on the trampoline) in an attempt to tire them both out that was only marginally successful.
