The prancing pony

Cinema day today, we saw Wicked Little Letters. My blip is the cafe at our cinema. They had a new sign above the cafe ‘the prancing pony’, I said to my friend Lorraine, “what’s the prancing pony, I’ve heard of that?” “It’s from Lord of the Rings” says she. Well LOTR is one of her favourite films. It’s where the hobbits first met Strider. I’m not such an aficionado of all things LOTR related as she is :-)
