No idea

Found this intriguing model at work today - a rough boulder topped with four tiny people inside a matchstick wall, with some tiddly sheep outside. I do not have a clue what is about but it certainly makes for an interesting scene. What's it all about?

Thinking about this is light relief from thinking about work.
