It was supposed to be an EDB (Emergency Diner Blip) but I forgot and ate it.

Not much to report today. Work was work-y commuting wasn't helped by building works at Victoria Station and the gym was gym-y. I'm now watching the last episode of the recent Hairy Bikers series on catch up, it's very sad that Dave Myers is no longer with us
