No traffic

Due to the state of the road in places the Marine Drive is blocked off to through traffic.  It is therefore nice to be able to walk along the road without having to get out of the way of cars, and it makes it safe for cyclists.  The extra shows a section where the road has fallen into the sea and barriers are there to prevent anyone from walking over the edge.
