Colourful

A very cold day today inside my house as all the doors were open from 9am until 5pm with heating engineers working to dismantle our ancient 23 year old boiler and hot water cylinder and fit a new combi boiler. For years I have hoped that air source heat pumps would become more normalised (and cheaper) by the time our boiler needed to be replaced but sadly not. At least we will be far more efficient with our use of gas with this new A rated one. 
A quick shot of a lovely Goldfinch was all I managed today but I’ve not blipped one for quite some time and this one has particularly beautiful and colourful plumage so I’m happy with that.
