Spring behind.

My first lamb photo of the year which I thought was great for the First Day of Spring.
However I now find that the Spring Equinox was yesterday because it is a Leap Year.
So confusing as I was brought up with it being on the 21st March which was my mother’s birthday.

PS Checked again and now find it is actually today after all!

Anyhow still a cute Spring photo. I stood in the rain at the side of the road for ages and they refused to turn round.

These twin Dutch Spotted lambs were born on New Year’s Day at Lane End Farm, Tong.
The children, who are great Bradford City fans, named them Halliday and Henry after two of their players.
Needless to say they won’t end up as lamb chops!
