Tomorrow's Juice

The neighbours are pressing fruit tomorrow including some for me  in exchange for the use of my electricity.  They are off grid and the electricity generated by their water wheel isn't connected to the shed which houses the press.  A bin of apples (Kentish Fillbasket), pears (Comice) and grapes (an old variety, name unknown) is waiting and the resulting juice should taste delicious.  For keeping, fresh juice needs to be heated to 74C,  poured into warm bottles  and sealed.
