Buggy run

I have fallen behind on my training. 
It's not my fault. I had to go on a stag do. Determined not to fall too far behind I picked up Felicity from the childminder with the buggy and we went for a run. Not my fastest. But still it's a run, and that better than sitting at home eating a McDonald's and watching old episodes of Star Trek Deep Space Nine. Which is what I did last night.
