Yes it is that old outside -7. Alan decided to cut up the small branches and put them on the compost bin whilst there was a lull in the snow
Then it was to install the bathroom fan they bought yesterday. Currently we are without lighting upstairs as it doesn't fit and they are off to home depot to buy another one which is shallower. I guess the modern things don't fit 30 year old houses.
At least the furnace was given a clean bill of health this morning and the ductwork will get cleaned next Monday .
Always lots to do when you buy your home. There was only so much the landlord would do maintenance wise, (Theyboughtthe house the were renting)
