it is all fixed!


(thanks for all the emails, which i have in a file so now i have more addresses - have no idea whether it was group energy or what, but blip central sent an email to the right email in the middle of my night - and had finally made that change in their records, which for some reason was stuck on an email server i have had to ignore for all their issues, hotmail,  i had five more hours to change password.  the email came in at 3AM so 5 up and at 'em, it all works - thanks so very much)
