Smiles Stall

So on the first day of retiring from 34 years of getting up early to drive to Largs, I (ehm) got up early and drove to Largs to photograph the Fife Yachts. The weather was a bit grim, however so back to West Kilbride to have my usual Saturday morning breakfast with Mrs C at The Cherry Orchard. Then a wee 7 or 8 mile stroll to Saltcoats to the South Beach Baptist Church where my sister was holding one of her craft fairs in aid of the Romanian Orphan charity Smiles. Here, Danger Ted is looking after a table of my stuff.

Afterwards we went for a lovely dinner with friends in Largs, getting home after midnight.

So this is how us old retired people while away our days in our golden years.
