A gift of wine from the Houses of the Oireachtus ( Irish Houses of Parliament) from the extremely friendly and easy going Green Party TD house guest from last night . We spent a very convivial 90 mins drinking coffee and comparing our lives and beliefs before he headed off on his Brompton folding bike to get the train . Train and bike travel are his work remit and it was interesting to hear the governments plans for future infrastructure , be even better if they came to fruition .
It was April showers drive to Limerick for an antenatal visit and then glorious sun on the way back, so we hopped into the camper and headed out to Portumna to eat our dinner looking out over the mighty river Shannon , except the marina was already full of huge campers in paid up parking lots, so we settled in just round the corner for free .
Snuggled up and watched couple of episodes of ‘Fool me once ‘ ( we have no idea what’s going on ) and had a moonlight walk before bed .
