WITH A SONG IN MY HEART

Granddad’s Girls

They all arrived around lunchtime (yesterday Friday)
Sabrina and the girls came up from the Ice rink in Sheffield and Anna came down from Scotland.
Amelia passed the qualifying exam with flying colours.
They came to see the show and really enjoyed it - they had front row seats ;-D
Also two of our friends from Scotland came to see the show - Pat and Steve and it was the first time we’d seen them since we moved down here.
It was lovely to see them and they really enjoyed the show too. They are staying in a B+B in Scotland and will pop in to visit us tomorrow (Sunday)
before they drive home.
It was a late night for Amelia and Lucy and they had been up really early as the skating started at around 7.30 am but they did well.
Our visitors left at just after 9 this morning Anna had a village presentation with young Arlo and Sabrina had clients at the clinic.
I had a good tidy up and did the laundry, thinking I could hang it outside but no - the heavens opened with heavy rain and hail. Frank was out in it with Bella. They were drenched!

I am so sorry to hear about Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis especially after all the tabloids and trolls wrote such nasty things about her and that photo. Who cares if she photo shopped?
It doesn’t matter whether you like the royal family or not, she’s a young woman with children to bring up and it must be a very scary and worrying time for her and all her family.

I have to get ready for the last performance tonight!
See ya tomorrow ;-DX
