Garden Glow

This morning I (Chris) joined the Aylesbury Parkrun, the first time I've participated since 2019. It was chilly but nice conditions to run in and coming off the back of the last 10 weeks getting me back running that distance (5km) it was great to complete the course. I'm not as quick as I once was but more running will hopefully keep me progressing.

The rest of the day was spent on household stuff. Late afternoon sunshine brought a little corner of the garden alive for a photo.
