Daffodils in Stobo

This morning Mark and I went to Whitmuir for a coffee and a visit to the excellent Quercus Garden Centre which is situated on a hillside so we know that any plants bought from there will survive in our garden.  However, it also meant that it was absolutely freezing cold there today.  We stopped for me to take a picture of Lyne Water on our way back home.(in extras)

After lunch Mark and I went to Stobo to help Mary with her church cleaning job.  As you can see the daffodils were out in force.  When I went to investigate something in the church tower I discovered that a skylight in the tower has broken.  Sorting that out will be a big job involving scaffolding
