Napier

Today we traveled from Tauranga to Napier, with stops a long the way, Rotorua smells really bad (Geothermal area, Hydrogen Sulphide, smells like a really bad fart) Wairaki a Geothermal power Station, Huka Falls, Lake Taupo and for two nights we will be in Napier. 3rd of February 1931 Napier was destroyed in New Zealands deadliest Earthquake, the rebuild was done in the Art Deco look of the time making Napier the Art Deco Capital of New Zealand. This gentleman is part of the Vintage Car Tour, where they take people on a tour dressed up in the fashion of the era and in a Vintage car.
