Deconstructing Pumpkin

Ok, it's a butternut squash and not really a pumpkin - more of a cousin really.

Full on April weather here - rain, sunshine, rain, wind, rain, sunshine, rain.

I have a big pot of soup cooking because small portions are not a peter thing.

There will be toast, there will be fun, there will be portions for everyone.
