Is this what we have come to.,??

Dumped in the road outside my neighbours, the receipt says purchased at Mc Donald's in Lichfield at 0621 this morning dumped in the road at 0658. Three large Nitrous Oxide cans used Balloons and a packet  unused. The remains of the Mc Donald's rubbish. A glass bottle . Various plastic drinks bottles and several empty gum drums. The neighbour caught it on his camera a red car stopped and dumped it out of drivers door.
