Nicky and Amos have made the unfortunate decision to start watching The Traitors, so I set up Edgar's electronic video game console in the kitchen whilst I tried out my new monitor with the Chromecast. Now that I know it's there and was watching at a decent resolution I was able to spot the trapped harpoon gun in the opening scene of Aliens. Even if we'd known it was there I doubt we'd have been able to make it out when I first saw it via VHS and CRT, when we compared the opening few minutes with the opening few minutes of High Noon in media studies at school.
