Diglis Basin

Ann was out this morning so I did the Tesco shopping list then had a play with my photos.  After lunch, and some tennis...it stopped raining in Miami,  we went to Cafe Afloat for a coffee. The weather has been fine and sunny, though still a little cold.  We drove home via the lock keeper's house, it's on an island between the canal and the river, where we sat and watched the people go by.

Whilst at the marina we saw the local heron flying about.  It stopped for a while by one of the lock gates and I was able to get one or two shots.  I like this one where it's keeping an eye on the cill marker!  I've added an extra, because of the reflection.
