Jam making

With the Spring Show approaching and my paintings underway, I am moving onto jam making. I have been enjoying homemade jam since arriving in Cumbria and my jam has considerably less sugar than shop bought and imho tastes much better for it. I had finished last year’s strawberry, so I’ve made some more.
