They are back!

The chickadees have come back to our front porch. They were checking out the birdhouse today. It’s been a couple of years since they had a nest here that ended when the sparrows took it over, kicked out the eggs, broke them, and then killed the female chickadee. That was such an ugly experience. I hope we can prevent it from happening again.
