MK this morning and pursuaded JJ hto buy a decent summer jacket, and I bought a cardigan.  Twice round the block was just over two miles.

This afternoon he's been mowing the lawn because it's bin day tomorrow morning and he likes the get his money's worth out of the council.

This is my pilates mat, much underused.
