Rainbow from Caradoc

A long muddy but dramatic walk today. Helmeth, Caradoc and Hope Bowdler. Plenty of height and just under 10 miles but did I mention the mud. Only one shower though and that was just as we got to the top of Caradoc, we were able to hide behind a rock, sit down and drink coffee and watch a rainbow appear which is always a bonus.
