Everyday I Write The Book

A crystal maze

Hinton Ampner was the Georgian house and estate of a 20th century man of leisure who died without heirs or family. It was left to the National Trust who rented it to a London based playboy who in turn used it for wild parties and orgies before the Trust cleaned it up and opened it to the public.

They were polishing chandeliers whilst we were there. Painstaking process. I kindly offered to lend them my jet wash to speed things up but they politely declined. You just can’t help some people.

Very nice day. Will go back when we have more time, apparently there are some lovely walks with views over the South Downs.

Little extra of stuff to give you a taste.
