Fluffy.

The wool from the village sheep is coming out in clumps… it was surprisingly soft- so thought it would be coarse.

A busy day with household chores and some soup made for lunches.

This week’s soup: spicy roasted parsnip. I roasted the vegetables in the air fryer and then made the soup as per the recipe. In order to cut down on waste, I also put the parsnip peelings into the air fryer for about five minutes- they were absolutely delicious and gave a lovely texture and flavour to the soup. Well worth making both.
